Professional freediver

Introduced to breath-hold diving by my father at the age of 4, I developed a particular expertise in spearfishing, first in the Balearic Islands and then throughout the world. I wrote a book on modern spearfishing in 1999, reissued in 2014 and 2018. In parallel, I developed an expertise in underwater photography, rewarded with prizes at the World Festival of Underwater Pictures, and I was a correspondent for APNEA magazine for more than 15 years.

I obtained my federal instructor certification (CMAS-FFESSM) in freediving and spearfishing in 1996, before becoming a national instructor in 2007, deeply involved until 2012 in freediving instruction within the French national college, and in New Caledonia within the APNEA club. My expeditions led me to take part in several freediving-based television documentaries, filmed in Vanuatu, the Azores and New Caledonia.

Today, I devote myself mainly to coaching my daughter Keyla.
